Qwairy
Monitor and improve how AI engines describe your brand
Qwairy is a GEO platform that tracks how brands are mentioned and cited across AI answer engines, then reports what to change. Founded by three French entrepreneurs — Luca Fancello, Nicolas Ilhe and Aimé Dushimire — it monitors ten AI surfaces including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude and Google's AI Overview.

Why this category
The Qwairy story
What a buyer actually asks about Qwairy
Each answer below was read from Qwairy's own site on September 24, 2026.
| Question | What the source says | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Which engines does it monitor | Ten surfaces, listed by access method: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Grok via API and UI; Copilot and Google AI Overview and AI Mode via UI; Claude, Mistral and DeepSeek via API | Qwairy |
| What does it measure | Mention rate, citation rate, share of voice, question coverage and average sentiment, benchmarked against named competitors | Qwairy |
| Who built it | Three French entrepreneurs — Luca Fancello, Nicolas Ilhe and Aimé Dushimire — with backgrounds in SEO, engineering and operations | About Qwairy |
| Which customers does it name | Total, Match.com and agencies, plus logos including Meetic, MAIF, Nissan, Kiloutou, Ornikar and Captain Contrat | About Qwairy, Qwairy |
| What third-party rating exists | 4.7 out of 5 on G2 | G2 |
| Can you test it without buying | Yes — a free audit with no account, and a free tier of 120 credits with no card | Qwairy |
“Thousands of users” and the customer list are the company's own published counts. The G2 score is third-party. The engine list is the most checkable thing on this page, because it is a capability claim a buyer can verify inside a trial in an afternoon.
Why the distinction Qwairy draws matters
The useful thing in Qwairy's own metric set is that it separates mention rate from citation rate — whether an engine names a brand, versus whether it cites that brand's page as the source it drew from. Those are different outcomes with different causes, and most reporting in this category collapses them into one number.
They should not be collapsed. A brand can be named frequently because the engine learned about it from third-party sources, while its own pages are never cited; the fix for that is not the same as the fix for a brand nobody names at all. Any tool in this category is worth judging on whether it keeps the two apart, and on whether its numbers move when you change something.
AuthorityTech is Qwairy's earned-media agency, and works in an adjacent category. Every figure above is Qwairy's own or a third party's, dated, with the source linked.
