Welcome to AuthorityTech, a service operated by AuthorityTech LLC (“AuthorityTech,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using authoritytech.io and any related applications, dashboards, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use AuthorityTech. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and keep your credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3. Services Provided

AuthorityTech provides a managed PR marketplace and campaign management platform connecting brands with verified publishers and media partners.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform’s operation.
Provide truthful information in all submissions, campaigns, and communications.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
By submitting payment information, you authorize AuthorityTech and its partners to charge your account for agreed campaign fees.
All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to AuthorityTech.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality and Data Use

We maintain the confidentiality of campaign data and client materials in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to our data-handling practices for account management, analytics, and service improvement.

8. Third-Party Links and Integrations

The Platform may include links or integrations with third-party sites or tools. AuthorityTech is not responsible for any third-party content, terms, or practices.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
AuthorityTech makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, performance, or suitability for your intended use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthorityTech LLC and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuthorityTech LLC from any claim, loss, or damage (including legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of the Platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
