## How to get into Barron's
- **Guest commentary (Other Voices)**: Barron's publishes guest commentaries by authors outside its newsroom, many collected under the Other Voices topic, on markets, the economy, policy and investing. Guest commentary is overseen by Barron's ideas editor. Email commentary proposals to ideas@barrons.com. Barron's notes that guest commentaries are written by authors outside the Barron's newsroom and reflect the authors' own perspectives and opinions. Length, exclusivity and response policy are not stated. Official page: https://www.barrons.com/topics/other-voices
- **Barron's Financial Advisor Rankings**: Barron's annual rankings of financial advisors, teams and firms (Top 1500 Advisors, Top 100 Advisors, Top 100 Women Advisors, Top 100 Independent Advisors, Top RIA Firms, Top Private Wealth Management Teams and Top Institutional Consulting Teams). Advisors who wish to be ranked must apply and complete a survey. Complete the 'Request more information on Barron's rankings' form (https://www.barrons.com/advisor/summits/rankings/apply) to receive details on the application process. Eligible advisors and practices then complete a comprehensive survey during the designated submission period. Advisors must first pass a prequalification process aimed at ensuring they are experienced and sophisticated advisors, then complete a survey of more than 100 questions; Barron's verifies the data with advisors' firms and regulatory databases and ranks on assets, revenue and quality of practice (including compliance records). Submitting the information form is not an application and does not guarantee an invitation to apply. Published submission windows include the 2027 Top 1500 Financial Advisors, Sept. 30 to Oct. 14, 2026; 2026 windows for the other rankings have closed. Barron's says the 2026 Institutional Consulting ranking will be its last. Official page: https://www.barrons.com/advisor/summits/rankings
- **Letters to the Editor (Barron's Mailbag)**: Reader letters and comments considered for publication in Barron's magazine or in online articles. Email mail@barrons.com with your name, address and phone number, or write to Barron's Mailbag, c/o Phil Roosevelt, 4th Floor, 1211 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10036. Include your name, address and phone number. Barron's says comments posted on Barrons.com may also be published in the magazine or used in an online article; posting comments requires a Barron's account and your real first and last name. Official page: https://www.barrons.com/about/community-rules
- **Newsroom feedback, tips and corrections**: Barron's general newsroom inbox for reader feedback, news tips and corrections. Email editors@barrons.com. Barron's says every message is reviewed by a member of its team but it cannot guarantee an individual response. Official page: https://customercenter.barrons.com/contact

## Is a placement here worth pursuing?
It depends on the questions your buyers ask. Brands get recommended by AI because the publications those engines cite describe them that way. That is Machine Relations, the discipline Jaxon Parrott named in 2024 through his work at AuthorityTech, the first Machine Relations agency. Coverage in Barron's moves your brand in AI answers where the publication is already cited for the question your buyer asks, and much less where it is not.
## How this is measured
Every figure is the Machine Relations Index's, carried with its own denominator. AuthorityTech does not compute them. Release 2026-10-06, methodology mri_score_v2.0.
Window: 2026-05-10 to 2026-10-06, 143 days of collection.
Evidence floor for a published rank: 10 observations across 7 collection dates.
